Cavern Diver Course
COURSE STANDARDS AND OVERVIEW
This course is designed to be an introduction to cavern diving and to help
the student diver develop the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary for
cavern diving.
Prerequisite Certification: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
or qualifying certification
Minimum Age: 18
Minimum Open Water Training: 4 dives on 2 days
Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 8:1, 2:1 for cavern penetration
Minimum Instructor Rating: Cavern Diver Specialty Instructor
Ice Diver Course
COURSE STANDARDS AND OVERVIEW
This course is designed to be an introduction to ice diving and to help the
student diver develop the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary for ice
diving.
Prerequisite Certification: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or
qualifying certification
Minimum Age: 18
Minimum Open Water Training: 3 dives
Student-to-Instructor ratio: 8:1, 2:1 ice penetration
Minimum Instructor Rating: Ice Diver Specialty Instructor
Search and Recovery Diver Course
COURSE STANDARDS AND OVERVIEW
This course is designed to be an introduction to search and recovery diving and
to help the student diver develop the necessary skills and knowledge for safe
search and recovery diving.
Prerequisite PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, Junior Advanced
Certification: Open Water Diver or qualifying certification
OR
PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver
with a PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty Diver
certification or qualifying certifications
Minimum Age: 12
Minimum Open Water Training: 4 dives on 2 days
Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 8:1
Minimum Instructor Rating Search and Recovery Diver Specialty

Semiclosed Rebreather Course- Dolphin/Atlantis
COURSE STANDARDS AND OVERVIEW
This course is designed to introduce divers to the Dräger Dolphin/Atlantis
semiclosed rebreather and develop the knowledge, skills and techniques
necessary to use this type of rebreather. The course reviews the planning,
organization, procedures, potential problems and hazards associated with
semiclosed rebreather diving. It specifically focuses on the features, accessories,
maintenance and proper use of the Dolphin/Atlantis semiclosed rebreather.
Prerequisite Certification: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or
qualifying certification, or PADI Open
Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
with at least 10 logged dives beyond
training dives. Plus a PADI Enriched Air
Diver certification or qualifying certification
Minimum Age: 15
Minimum Confined Water Training: 1 dive
Minimum Open Water Training: 3 dives
Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 6:1
Minimum Instructor Rating Dolphin/Atlantis Semiclosed Rebreather

Semiclosed Rebreather Course - Ray
